Description:

INCONEL 600 is nickel-chromium-iron base alloy solid solution strengthening, good resistance to high temperature corrosive (acid and alkali resistant) and oxidation resistance, excellent cold heat processing and welding process performance, in 700 °C following with a satisfactory hot strong sex and high plastic deformation.The alloy for low temperature to 1093 °C environment design. High temperature oxidation resistance of extremely good, in the 1093 °C is good oxidation resistance and resistance to carbonization stability (but in contains hydrogen sulfide of reducing atmosphere, it's upper limit temperature of 535 °C).Under the high temperature of the hydrogen and chlorine gas treatment is very effective; Hydrogen can amount to about 538 °C, 510 °C chlorine to so far can be at ease use. For nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen permeability is concerned, the alloy and has a very good corrosion resistance, so be used for a variety of heat treatment furnace.Areas of application: electric equipment, issued heat exchanger, thermal conversion conduit board, corrugated tube compensator, heat treatment steaming baskets, chemical evaporation tank, distiller, acid and alkali industrial machine, the jet engine parts, turbine jet engine parts, complementary combustion 538 °C chlorinated equipment, paper pulp discarded when equipment, high temperature chlorine gas processing equipment, heat treatment furnace components and other under high temperature to use parts.
